In dialogue with our clients, we design an individual, target group-oriented communication roadmap for brand and product PR. Where does the company stand today, what does the target group look like, which product launches are pending, what is the vision behind the brand? We listen, we exchange ideas, we advise and implement. The aim is to develop a strategy that incorporates different channels relevant to the target group and increases brand visibility – not least to support sales.
Our database consists of countless contacts of media partners and industry insiders. More important, however, is the database in our minds: Through regular meetings in person or on the phone, at trade fairs or events, we are well networked. We know which topics are on the agenda in the editorial offices, who is looking for an interview partner or products for a photo production. Our media network as a matter of course consists of very good contacts to public and trade media as well as relevant daily newspapers.
Press events & workshops
Be it our annual Blume PR press event, a launch event or a workshop for influencers: behind every event there is an idea, a concept and a goal. We take the implementation into our own hands, care of the location, catering, equipment and invitation management. By the way: It doesn’t always have to be a big event. A breakfast meeting, working lunch or a cosy dinner can also be the appropriate setting.
Exhibitions / trade shows
At relevant national and international trade fairs, we always recommend professional media support provided by our team. During the show, we personally guide journalists and influencers around the booth, address their individual interests and provide them with the latest press material. If interview partners on the customer side are available, we arrange appointments in advance or organise a get-together on request. A professional invitation management in advance is of course part of our service.
If you think that PR stands for Party & Reisen (means travel), you are mistaken … at least a bit. We do not plan a press trip just for the “fun of it” – the important content behind it is always needed to convince journalists and influencers to participate. This can be an interesting production site, a visit to a special location or getting to know the design team and management.
Influencer are reached differently than online or print editors. We find the right topics, arrange individual cooperation and invite to workshops. The goal is to build long-term relationships and increase the visibility of the brand authentically on social media.
Very unusual for a small, owner-managed PR agency: We “treat” ourselves and our clients to the luxury of a creative director. She is responsible for the design of press material, conceives customer magazines, newsletters and much more. In this way, we ensure that the communication materials match the appearance of the respective brands.
Our services also include the organisation and handling of all prop requests for photo shoots and TV productions. We often support stylists by suggesting suitable products from the sometimes very extensive collections of our customers. For last-minute requests we can also fall back on products available in our showroom.
Online and print magazines ensure high traffic on their sites and strengthen reader loyalty through implementing raffles and competitions. For our customers take this opportunity to place publications, some of which are very large-formated, by providing a prize in the form of a product or voucher. The measurability is even higher for online raffles and when mentioning the customer’s website. In consultation with the customer, we place raffles on the basis of a concept and ensure a smooth process.
No matter how good a product may be, if the image quality is not right, it will be difficult (even for us) to place it. That’s why we 1. rely on honest feedback on the existing images and 2. offer to concept photo shootings for good PR images. Starting with the briefing, booking the photographer, finding the matching stylist and the location up to the complete execution of the shooting – we handle it all.
Communicating successfully on an international level means knowledge of the markets and the relevant media as well as of course being familiar with the language and culture of the respective countries. As an experienced lead agency with a worldwide PR network, we can provide professional advice to internationally positioned clients. In cooperation with selected agencies in the relevant countries, we assume the coordinating and leading role in the strategic implementation of jointly developed communication goals.
We prepare a monthly media response analysis consisting of all relevant key figures such as circulation, page impressions, advertising value and a presentation containing the best results. This measurement of success supports the sales department and is always the basis for optimizing communication strategies.
